Solukon at IMTS 2026 – What to expect?

Depowdering system SFM-AT350

For the second consecutive time, Solukon will be exhibiting at IMTS, the largest manufacturing technology trade show in North America. For anyone looking to automate the postprocessing of additively manufactured parts and scale it in a repeatable way, we will be showcasing our SFM-AT350 depowdering system live at the show. The SFM-AT350 sets the standard for cleaning medium-sized, 3D-printed metal parts measuring up to 400 x 400 x 400 mm and weighing up to 100 kg.

Also, we will demonstrate an exciting application together with EOS and Penn United inside the machine: a heat exchanger designed and printed by Penn United on an EOS M 400-4.

SPR-Pathfinder® PRO: full simulation depth for the most complex LPBF parts

Recently, we introduced SPR-Pathfinder® PRO, the next evolution of our unique depowdering software. At IMTS, the solution will make its exhibition debut.

SPR-Pathfinder® PRO does more than calculate a component-specific movement pattern based on the part’s CAD file. It also provides a comprehensive simulation of the depowdering process, helping users identify potential powder bottlenecks within the part before processing begins. In addition, the software estimates how long the depowdering process will take, making it easier to plan, optimize, and scale post-processing operations.
