COMPACT SYSTEM WITH OPTIMIZED CHAMBER VOLUME
The depowdering system SFM-AT850 can accommodate parts of considerable size and weight, up to 1,000 kg, while remaining compact. Its overall dimensions are smaller than those of its predecessor, the SFM-AT800-S. This saves space in production and delivers a perfect footprint-to-benefit ratio. In addition to the standard version with a short arm, the SFM-AT850 is also available with a long swivel arm for parts up to 1,050 mm in height.
SFM-AT850-E: DEPOWDERING WITH ULTRASONICS
As an alternative to the standard version with pneumatic excitation, the SFM-AT850 is also available in the E-version with ultrasonic excitation. Ultrasonic cleaning is particularly suitable for very delicate structures, as it provides exceptionally gentle cleaning.
EASY FRONT-TOP LOADING
When the top opens, it folds up together with the upper door frame, such that the part can be inserted at the height of the rotary table with even more flexibility – it’s no longer necessary to ”thread in” the part from above. This makes it easy to load heavy parts by crane.
NEW FEATURES IN MACHINE SOFTWARE AND INTELLIGENT DEPOWDERING WITH SPR-PATHFINDER®
On the SFM-AT850, different user levels with different access rights can be set up. Cleaning programs can be managed and assigned directly at the machine.The latest Solukon system is, of course, compatible with SPR-Pathfinder® as well. Based on the part’s CAD file, the software calculates the ideal movement pattern, with no manual programming required.
