SFP-E7
Unpacking station for laser-sintered plastic parts
The SFP-E7 is an unpacking system for polymer parts from EOS P 770 build boxes. The system is based on the automated lifting of the build plate.
Unpacking procedure of the SFP-E7
Regardless of its load and position the lifting mechanism ensures a smooth raising of the build plate and therefore an easy unpacking. Loose powder is collected in the surrounding hoppers and is conveyed to the integrated ultrasonic screen. After that, you manually remove the unpacked SLS parts from the system.
